WI-FI Room at 15min (walking) from the city center

I rent room for 2 persons, with shared bath, laundry room with washer, use of kitchen, Wi-Fi, a game of towels for the bath and the beach, sheets... The flat no dispose of livingroom and the comun areas are to share with other 3 rooms. Our house is located before the Colisseum and 15 minutes to the old town. Guest access - Bathroom shared. - Use of Kitchen. - Washing machine. - Wi-Fi - Towels of bathroom and beach - Bed Clothes Other things to note The check-in for the room is at 12:00 (morning) and check-out at 11am. But if you need can leave your luggage in our house for a few hours before or after you stay here. If you rent a car you can park it in our street or a nearby street. House rules: * Inside the house it is not possible to smoke. Only in your room. * Respect of the general cleaning of the house. * Respect the hours of rest without causing noise disturbing (11 pm to 8 am). * The check out is at 11 am. Then is not possible to use the services of the House, but is possible to leave the luggage in the House during some hours if you need. * Pets are allowed, but in case of damages caused by the animal the owner will have to be reminded. Rates extras: Pick up in the airport. (service not available from 11pm to 9am) 5€ more for bringing pet. (per night) It's remembered that this isn't a tourist accommodation so no service will be done as such.
