Unique place with awesome amenities. You can have it all in our 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo in the coveted 'The Lakes' community in Tempe. Open concept, great kitchen, bumper pool table, poker table, chess/checkers table, massage chair, unheated shared pool, outdoor fire pit, 4 cruiser bicycles, and other surprises. Quiet and relaxed location 15 mins to the airport, downtown Scottsdale, or ASU. Close to three major freeways. Grocery shopping and dining nearby. STR-000895 The space Kitchen is modern and well equipped. 65" TV with Netflix, HuluTV and Disney. One bedroom is pretty much a bed, closet and small dressers. The other bedroom is quite large with 40" TV, massage chair and a dedicated workspace. Bathroom has a large shower with rain shower head. Beds have newer comfortable mattresses. Enjoy a nice view of open green area and the pool from the patio/balcony while grilling on our large electric grill. Sip wine by the gas fire pit at sunset. Guest access In a quiet condo complex full of mature trees and fairly lush landscaping by AZ standards. You will have a private garage to park in with keychain remote control. There is a 2nd dedicated parking spot right next to the place. There are stairs leading up to the unit, but it's flat once you are up there. Many close by restaurants, etc that you can walk to or ride the provided bikes. Other things to note There is waterfront outdoor bar/grill spot called Pier 54 within walking distance. There is also a great park, with excellent playground and large outdoor grills, right around the corner. Endless opportunities for shopping, eating and entertainment a short way away. Nearby canal path you can walk or ride the provided cruiser bikes along. NOTE: The neighbors that are downstairs and off to the side of our unit smoke cigarettes on their patio sometimes. We have a fan that you can put in corner of our patio that does a good job of keeping the smell away. You probably wouldn't even notice, but we like to mention everything.
