Located in Lower Parel at a 5 minute walk to Palladium Mall, 10 minutes from Peninsula Park, 20 mins to the T2 international airport, close to the most happening night spots in the city. The building has 24/7 security and is centrally located and easily accessible. The space The apartment was designed to function as a living/work space with AC units in every room, fiber internet (Upto 100 Mbps) and fully functioning kitchen (microwave, gas and stove unit, refrigerator and a water filtration system). The televisions are smart-tv enabled and there is a home theater system in the hall. There is no cable, however prime, netflix accounts are accessible by guests. The space is mostly peaceful, good to work out of and has a sense of calm around it. Guests will have access to the apartment and any common areas in the building or the terrace. This includes the gym and swimming pool (subjective to availability). The building has 24/7 security and is monitored with surveillance cameras. The apartment is great for travellers exploring the city or here for business and small families. The garbage pickup is at 10 AM in the morning. When the garbage man arrives, he will ring at the door and you can hand it to him. In case you are unavailable you can leave the can out of the apartment in the morning (but not overnight). Daily cleaning is not provided. However, for stays of 7 nights or more, weekly cleaning and bed linen change is provided on complimentary basis on request. *Please note the apartment is in a high rise and the windows are not child protected. Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment, and access to any other common area on the building premises. Other things to note Noise The area is mainly quiet but in case the guest take the apartments during a festivity holiday, there may be sounds of processions, pooja or music on loud speakers around the area. These usually die down by 10 PM and are uncommon. There are mosques nearby that announce call to prayers. Traffic Due to the Metro construction in the area, traffic and delays can occur. The peak hours for these are between 5-8 PM.
