Located in a secure building (with elevator + short stairs) inside a gated compound with three buildings, this one-bedroom apartment provides a comfortable and modern stay. You can also walk to Hotel Camayenne, to Super bobo market, Donka hospital, clinique Pasteur or others restaurants near by. It is 5 mns Drive to the best Sussi restaurant in Guinea, to Onomo hotel also 10 mns drive to Noom hotel and central city where all the offices and banks are. Car service Available. Other things to note Please Note: In Guinea, electricity and Wi-Fi can be unstable, but we ensure you always have power. Electricity: It is prepaid, and the building has a generator that will turn on within 3 minutes when the power goes out. (We will recharge the meter based on the last 3 years' approximate monthly usage.) Please be aware of leaving the ACs on all day; once the monthly prepaid electricity runs out, you will need to recharge the meter at your own cost. Wi-Fi: Internet can be a challenge in Guinea. It is also prepaid. If needed, we will help activate the Wi-Fi box (It's 40 Euro per month fast speed wifi). For longer stays, you can either recharge it monthly. We recommend bringing an unlocked smartphone to add a local SIM card for easy mobile data access, especially for social media and calls. Our Wi-Fi box is high-speed and ideal for remote work. Cleaning: The cleaner comes once a week. If you’d like additional cleaning services or a full-time housekeeper, let us know. Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage or loss in the apartment once you check in. Please be present whenever cleaners or maintenance staff are inside the apartment. Stove: It is both gas and electric. Please make sure to turn off the gas after use and remember to switch off the electric stove as well. Sofas: Please don’t use the sofas as beds and avoid eating on them. Kindly use the kitchen bar or dining table. Mosquitoes: To avoid mosquitoes, always make sure to close the fence behind the glass door. Plants: Please show your appreciation for the plants on the balcony by watering them once a week.
