This code will work at the specific check in time and will continue to work until check out time. WHERE CAN I PARK? Upon your arrival, you will find ample space to park in the driveways. Street parking is not permitted. HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO REUNION RESORT? On the day of your check in, you will pick up your resort access at the Front Desk of the Reunion Grande located at 7593 Gathering Drive, Reunion, between 8 am and 11 pm, or at the outdoor drive thru pick up location located outside the convention center. You will need to bring your pre-arrival email along with a valid ID for the lead guest. Lead guest must be present. DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? KEMPA PARK is professionally cleaned prior to each guest’s arrival and after each stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED? If you would like the pool to be heated, we do charge a fee of $100/day. We ask that you provide us with 24-hour notice if you would like to take advantage of this service. WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS? All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper. There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. All bathrooms are stocked with Gilchrist & Soames shampoo, conditioner, liquid body wash, body soap, lotion, and bathroom amenities. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets. CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO KEMPA PARK? We ask that you do not ship a package to the property, as there are many guests and vendors, we are unable to ensure the safety or arrival of your package.
