Rising Sun Guest House is a tastefully restored, 2 bedroom cottage in a picturesque oceanfront setting. 10 minutes to Shelburne for shopping and restaurants. Close to beaches, hiking trails and other outdoor activities. The space Rising Sun is an elegant ocean front cottage that has been carefully restored in a way that balances old-world charm with a coastal modern style. This charming cottage has a stylish living room with a propane fireplace and comfortable chaise couch and arm chair. The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for entertaining with gourmet cookware and a sunny en-suite dining room with views of the bay. Just off the kitchen there is a separate office space with internet and a 2 piece powder room. Decorated with original art works and painted in muted shades with white trim the rooms are crisp and clean and bright. A French patio door leads from the kitchen to the garden where you will find a Teak dining set and propane BBQ. Rising Sun sleeps 4 people comfortably in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed while the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms are simply furnished with bedside tables, chests of drawers and closets. The master bedroom has views of the bay. The main bathroom – a 4 piece with a claw foot tub and shower combination and the washer and dryer are also on this floor. Coastal living couldn't be better! Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy. Feel free to explore and acquaint yourself with the house. Everything is there for your use and enjoyment. Other things to note Rising Sun has a maximum occupancy limit of 4 guests. Any more – even it is visitors for the day, must be approved prior to arrival. There is a set of towels (Beach, Bath, Hand & two face cloths) supplied for each guest. A washer and dryer is available and can be used if you need to refresh the linens. There is a smart TV. Guests can access their personal streaming services e.g. Netflix, Disney+ on the TV. Internet is available at the home. Details will be provided in your welcome package.
