A cozy apartment in a new building, with quality renovation. The space A one-room apartment in a new building with quality renovation, at 20 Suzdalskaya Street, 9th floor. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (including clean bed linen, towels, etc.). Appliances: microwave, hob, fridge, TV, hairdryer, iron, kettle, etc. There are dishes for cooking, cutlery, etc. It can accommodate a couple or one person. Not for parties!!! Only for family holidays, you can come with a child. No pets! No smoking in the apartment!!! Guest access The entire apartment is at the guests' disposal. Other things to note Standard check-in time is after 3pm, check-out time is before 12pm. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you! (To be agreed in advance) Please do not make noise or turn on loud music/TV on weekdays before 9:00 am and after 9:00 pm and during the day on weekends so as not to disturb the neighbors. SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
