Self-contained Room Near Central Southampton

A cosy place to stay, close to shops, restaurants, and all amenities of Southampton. It is a self-contained en suite room upstairs in a terraced house. Please note that the cooking facilities are limited . The space contains its own kettle, toaster, and microwave. You are also welcome to use the garden, the oven, iron, and washing machine downstairs in the main house. The space Southampton Common, Central Parks, and City Centre are all within a short walking distance. The space is a part of a terraced house in a quiet street with a pub at the end of it :). A large supermarket (Aldi) is across the street. Please note that this listing is not an individual apartment. It is a self-contained room in a house. You might use the shared freezer and the oven in the main kitchen. Also, please be aware that the area that the street could be nicer. Unfortunately, there is a row of bins at the end of the street that is often used for flytipping by the local landlords. The house itself is clean, and it is a fairly quiet area. You can also walk from there to the city centre or the University. There are also three pubs very near, and some clubs that are popular with students and young people. Guest access Guests can use the shared garden, oven and the washing machine downstairs. During your stay If there is anything that is not clear, or if you require any help or information, let me know through Airbnb messaging service. Let me know if you want to change the heating temperature in the winter (so that I can show you where the thermostat is), or if you need an additional fan in the summer. I generally give my guests personal space, but I always answer any questions. I work nights so it might not always be immediate. Other things to note The house is in parking zone number 5. We provide the visitor's parking permit for your stay if this is required.
