Parking area The space The home has the perfect layout for entertaining. There are 2 rooms located in the first floor along with 2.5 bathrooms. The second level of the home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom to share. The backyard has everything you need for a delicious cook out, with both a gas and charcoal grill to use, and perfect seating area for a bond fire. There are cameras in the property located: 1. Front door 2. Backyard patio 3. Parking area Guest access There is parking outside the house for at least 5 vehicles. Other things to note Please no pets and no parties. There are some doors locked, please DO NOT try to open those doors. They must be left locked. Please be mindful towels. Makeup/foundation, face cream and tanning products will stain linens and towels. Small grey towels (stain resistant) are provided in each bathroom for removal of these products. Please leave used towels and linens on the floor in front of the laundry room. Please put all trash outside in the trash containers. Leave put all dirty dishes and utensils in the dishwasher. Please leave dishwasher running to help the cleaning crew. Please make sure all outdoor furniture, grill and kitchen is re-covered before you leave! If any items from the guest shed (beach chairs, toys, etc.) are removed for use please make sure everything is put back and shed is locked before you leave.
