The entrance opens onto a bright living room with a sofa, a smart TV, a dining table, and an additional single bed (available on request for a third guest). The kitchenette is fully equipped: hob, ventilated electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, pots, dishes and utensils. The double bedroom offers a comfortable bed with a memory mattress, a wardrobe area, pillows and extra blankets for optimal rest. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and washing machine. In the hallway between the bedroom and bathroom there is a desk dedicated to smart working. The balcony, furnished with a coffee table and chairs, is perfect for a moment of relaxation. A reserved parking space is available in the inner courtyard.
