The space The apartment is located on the second floor of a small building (without an elevator) and has been completely renovated. The entrance opens onto a bright living room with a sofa, a Smart TV, a dining table, and an additional single bed (available on request for a third guest). The kitchenette is fully equipped: stove, electric convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, pots, dishes, and utensils. The double room features a comfortable bed with a memory-foam mattress, a closet area, and extra pillows and blankets for optimal rest. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and washing machine. In the hallway between the bedroom and the bathroom, there is a desk for remote work. The balcony, furnished with a small table and chairs, is perfect for a moment of relaxation. A reserved parking space is available in the inner courtyard. Note: The exterior façade of the building is dated and shows signs of wear, but the interior of the apartment is modern, well-maintained, and in perfect condition. You’ll love it! Guest access You will have the entire apartment at your complete disposal. Important note on the use of beds A booking for 2 guests includes the use of the double bed.
