Colusa House

Craftsman style home built in 1909, stepping through the front door is like stepping back in time. The space The home includes a well stocked kitchen with all the amenities, including spices, to allow for the preparation of meals. There are three bedrooms downstairs, a master with a king and two bedrooms, each with two double beds. Each bedroom has a mounted tv with cable service. The bedroom upstairs is connected to a children's play area and has a queen bed, no tv. The children's space has a dress up area, play kitchen, coloring books, chalk board, DVD player and plenty of toys to encourage lots of play! The space upstairs has a split heat/air unit, so it is always comfortable. There is a downstairs dining room, living room, gas fireplace, sitting area and bar (with a variety of cocktail and wine glasses, as well as a bar fridge) a tv, also with cable service and a game table. There is plenty of street parking and parking behind the house. There is also a large gate that opens to the fenced in cement area at the back of the house that can be used for vehicle or trailer parking. The entire back access to the house is fenced and includes a gas grill, sitting area and fire table. Guest access The entire house is available to guests. Other things to note Self check in.
