Gîte de charme Enner Berkels

The charming Enner Berkels cottage is located in the Parc Naturel de la Haute Sûre, close to the Lake. The area is famous for its walks and trails, forests and wildlife as well as its lake. The cottage of 110 m2 will allow you to rest or recharge your batteries in nature, with walks on foot, by bike or kayak, ... The minimum number of nights is 2, except in July and August where it is 6. Here each season is under its best day! The space The accommodation is located in the small village of Surré and is the renovated barn of an old farmhouse. The accommodation is furnished with care and refinement and offers you a pleasant setting for your stay. You'll have access to the library, DVDs, board games, and sightseeing maps and info about the area. The woods are massive, the beams exposed and the furniture is characterful. The wood stove in earthenware completes the cozy atmosphere. Outside you can enjoy a lawn, 2 terraces (one covered), garden furniture, a BBQ and a brazier. The land also has a meadow (Bic and Biquette living space or horses when the time comes) that adjoins the Syrbach stream with its herons and ducks. Linens (kitchen, bedding and bath) are available on request for an additional charge of 20 euros per person. Let me explain: the second bedroom with sofa bed accommodates, by its configuration and size, ideally 2 children or 1 adult (to guarantee the comfort of it). ▪ǐ Access to the floor of the cottage is via a large staircase. After the lounge and kitchen, the dining and the living room are 65cm lower. It is accessed by 3 steps. On one side there is no railing. Caution is therefore required for children, think about it before booking! ▪ǐAlso in the event of the presence of children, he goes without saying that they are under the full  responsibility of parents. I specify because almost all the furniture and decor are antiques see antique furniture. ▪ǐMinimum 2 nights rental. In July and August, a minimum of 6 nights is required. ▪Bathroom with Italian shower. ▪ǐ Cleaning is included, however it is appreciated to put the cottage back in order before your departure (remove sheets, do dishes, put away). ▪ǐ There is a room for garbage cans which allows garbage sorting.
