This executive two bedroom duplex apartment is set on the first floor, at the front of the building, with double-height windows from the original façade. An open-plan layout on the ground floor, with LVT oak floors throughout. Lift access is available to all upper floors in the building. Entertainment is covered with a huge 75 inch LG Smart TV in the living area, offering all the usual Freeview channels and apps (Netflix/Spotify/Amazon Prime.....) . Super speed Wi-Fi from Virgin fibre broadband is free and unlimited; you can even plug in your devices by Ethernet cable if necessary. If you fancy cooking during your stay the Sigma 3 kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, built-in microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, as well as the usual cookware, crockery and cutlery you'd naturally expect. You'll also find a washer-dryer in the utility room beside the kitchen. Sleep in comfort in the cosy bedrooms on the second floor, with huge Queen size beds and crisp Egyptian white cotton bed linen.
