On the shores of Lake Lamminjärvi in Veikkola

The plot is close to the services of Veikkola village on the shore of Lake Lamminjärvi. There are three buildings on the plot. 1. Yellow brick semi-detached house where you will stay. Everything else is a common space except for my own bedroom. 2. A small gray detached house with a permanent tenant. 3. A red wood-fired beach sauna that the tenant can heat for an additional fee during the time of the melted lake water. The space The accommodation is in the largest house on the plot, which is a yellow brick semi-detached house. I live in the house with my guests. The plot on the shore of Lake Lamminjärvi is large, almost a hectare in size. There are two wood-fired saunas available for a different fee, one at the end of the semi-detached house and the other on the beach. The water of Lamminjärvi is in the best condition of the lakes in the area, and can be swum in throughout the year. There are also fish, such as perch, pike and pike-perch. The tenant also has access to a rowboat and a canoe, as well as a surfboard that can be used as a paddleboard. Guest access The semi-detached house has 130 square meters and has three bedrooms, a large living room, a spacious kitchen, a utility room and two toilets. The housing association's bathroom and wood-fired sauna are available at any time. A wood-fired beach sauna is available for a different fee during the time of the year when the water is not frozen. There is so-called summer water, i.e. in the summer there is municipal drinking water and there is also a water toilet and a summer kitchen. The summer kitchen has an induction stove, coffee maker, metric large stove and gas grill. During your stay I am happy to be a guide, even on a canoe or rowing trip. Other things to note The house rules state that the guest is not allowed to host parties or events; in practice, we often have parties where the guest is welcome. Accommodation may be possible even on the days I have marked as closed on the calendar. So, you can ask about those days too. The house is inhabited by Ville the cat and a small, nice dog named Sisu. There are two chickens in the yard.
