Enjoy two desks (in separate rooms) and our FAST WiFi for travelers who must work from home. Guest access The entire condo is yours during your stay! Access to bedrooms will be based on number of guests. The Master is available for all guests. The second bedroom (with a single bed and a pull-out trundle) can be requested for a second guest. 3-4 guests are required for access to the 3rd bedroom (a sitting room with a pull-out sleeping chair). There is a $25 daily fee (per guest), beyond two guests. Please display honesty and integrity when entering your guest count (which includes your non-feline, well-behaved, fur baby). Cleaning expenses, utility usage, towels, linens, and wear and tear on our furnishings are factored into our affordable pricing. You'll have ALL the comforts of home, PLUS MORE! WiFi, books, games, outdoor pool access (Memorial Day through Labor Day), year-round Pickleball court access and a great location that puts you in close proximity to all that Columbia has to offer! Little tikes will also enjoy the small playlot on-site. Outdoor grills and seating are available at our community pool. Please be mindful that our property is senior and family-friendly. Owners take GREAT pride in their units and we have a VERY active association with zero tolerance for unruly pets and neighbors. PLEASE Remember: we love all pets (including cats 🐈, we have an orange tabby that we rescued named, “Cooper”) so we know that our unit(s) cannot accommodate kitties. We had an experience with a sweet and happy kitty who made herself at home on our leather sofa. Upgraded leather seating lends itself to easy cleaning, but it cannot withstand the love of a kneading feline. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING 🚭 in our unit or on the patio. Be kind to our septic system, flush toilet paper ONLY! Pets are NOT allowed on furniture and may not be left unattended, unless secured in a comfortable kennel to reduce potential for accidents in our unit.
