Our cozy little pet friendly one bedroom cottage is located on private property, behind an automatic gate and directly below famous Troublemaker rapids! The Tiny House Riverdeck cottage overlooks the South Fork of the American River and is within walking distance to the Gold rush town of Coloma. The space Also known as the "RIVER DECK" at Coloma Cottages, because of the fabulous small deck overlooking the river. This is a one bedroom one bathroom cottage with a stocked kitchen, bathroom with fresh towels, shampoo, soap, blow dryer, first aid kit, bedroom with a freshly made queen sized bed. There is a futon in the living room, 2 TV's & DVD player with family movies, board games & books. There is also a Weber charcoal BBQ for your use. We are a pet friendly property with prior approval & pet fee. Coin operated washer and dryer on site. This is a unique location and experience. Come and enjoy! Guest access Property is private and gated and you MUST message us when you are about 45 minutes away for your gate code. PLEASE DO NOT wait until you are at the gate to contact us.
