Relax with the whole family at our 2 acre, private, scenic property located across the street from beautiful Shuswap Lake, and in the center of a recreational mecca! The Lake House has it all! The house is fully furnished and has every essential appliance, and then some. Multi-week stays are no problem here! The space While beautiful and modern, including a full kitchen with quartz countertops and all new stainless steel appliances, the Lake House still maintains that warm and cozy feel for family and friends to feel at home. There are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, in addition to a slide out couch-bed and a single-person futon. The master bedroom contains a massive ensuite bathroom, with a soaker tub and large walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a private bathroom across the hall. Other things to note Shuswap Lake offers world class boating, fishing and aquatic recreation opportunities. In addition, we are a <15 min drive from the world renowned Adams River, famous for its incredible sockeye salmon run, as well as its amazing trout fishing. We are also close to Talking Rock Golf Course and Crowfoot Mountain, one of BC's choice sledding and ATV destinations. No better place to spend your time off! Forgot to bring or buy something? The town of Scotch Creek should have pretty much everything you need! Notably, the town's grocery store (Scotch Creek Market) is well stocked and has a very good selection of items, and even has its own liquor store with an equally good selection.
