This townhouse is located in the Broken Top Community, a gated community on Bend's desirable Westside. This unit is just minutes from Downtown, the Old Mill District and countless trails. Enjoy walking & bike paths from your doorstep that lead to beautiful scenery with mountain views and local restaurants. The space Enjoy our open and spacious lower level studio with high ceilings and great natural light. The space includes a comfy king bed, a sofa with a twin pullout bed and dining area for two. All new bedding and towels as well as a fully equipped kitchenette including a two burner cooktop, dish washer, refrigerator, toaster, Keurig and kettle. This unit also has a closet for all your hanging and storage needs while on vacation. Relax and watch whatever it is you like on our 55 inch TV. Wifi and streaming services (Login Required) included. Lazy day ready! There is a unit upstairs also on Airbnb, if you are interested in renting the whole place, you can search for that unit using “Condo in country club community - Sleeps 4!” and make a note in your reservation. Guest access You will need to enter the community through the main gate each time you enter and exit, the guard is aware of AirBnb stays so you will be able to enter with the address that will be sent to you before check in. If the guard gate is closed, you can pull forward to the gate, and punch in a code to call the office, that is manned 24/7 and they will let you into the community. There is parking in front of the townhomes, any space is open to park in other than in front of another townhouse garage. The garage and driveway in front of this unit is not available for parking. Guests can access the suite through the front entrance and using the keypad. You will receive one keypad code, this code will be unique to you, but will open both the front door and the studio/unit door. The downstairs unit labeled “B” is your unit! Other things to note There is an additional unit upstairs that may or may not have guests while you are in the unit. There is a shared laundry room in the entryway. If it is being used, we kindly ask that you please respect the other guests and wait until they are done using the machines. NO SMOKING allowed at this property. NO PETS allowed at this property. Please note: There is no smoking of any kind or substance or vaping allowed on the property.
