The space Our two-bedroom home is the perfect base from which to explore Brighton on holiday or to visit friends or the universities. Walk into Brighton or down to the sea - or the flat is well connected by bus to Brighton city centre (21, 22, 2, 18) and Brighton Marina (21A, 23), as well as to University of Sussex and University of Brighton (23). We live in a friendly family-friendly residential community of three blocks of European style apartments. They are new build and so the flat is warm and ventilated. There is access to a garden space for summer months and children may prefer to scoot and play in the large courtyard area between the buildings with supervision. Use our kitchen space to prepare meals or quickly order food from Brighton’s hundreds of restaurants using apps like deliveroo. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of our home as we won’t be there. Other things to note Guests are responsibility for children’s safety in my home and garden at all times as they are not suitable for young children to play unsupervised - please ask before booking if you have any queries or concerns.
