This home is a great place for a family vacation, with enough spaces to enjoy alone, or all together. Local Bus or Uber/ Lyft available. The driveway has two parking spots, one in front of the other. The driveway is narrow. This house is situated in a quiet family neighborhood with a park, but only 5-10 minutes from the Vestal Parkway, the mall, downtown, several grocery stores and highway access. Binghamton University and the three area hospitals (Wilson, Lourdes, and Binghamton General) are a 5-10 minute drive as well. The airport is a 15-20 minute drive. The bus stop is a 5-10 minute walk, or call your local Uber or Lyft driver Our aim is to help you feel welcome and to thoroughly enjoy your stay in our home. Please understand that, although this is a rental space to your group, this is a home that was lovingly designed, crafted, and constructed to provide a comfortable place as a retreat. Ours is a family-run business, and this home is a precious place to us. We are careful to lend its use to those that will respect and treat it with care. Please do not be offended that we ask to see your ID so that we know who is in our home, as you probably would, or that we charge a deposit. We find that this helps others to maintain the quality and condition that they found our home in.
