This charming villa is part of Casa Punta Perula Hotel Boutique & Villas , perfect for 2-3 guests. Featuring a kitchen with essentials, a/c, tv with sky cable, private terrace with views to the ocean and isla cocinas. Villa is on second floor, must climb stairs. A bbq and pool in the common area is available on the first floor. This property is in the outskirts of Punta Perula, 8 min drive to town center. Entrance is thru a dirt road The space Each villa on this property is representative and decorative to a specific place the hosts love of Mexico. This particular villa is named Villita Tecate (35m2) and represents a pueblo magico (magic town) in Baja California north, right across the USA border; between Tijuana and Mexicali. To visitors it is known for being the birth home of the famous Tecate beer since 1944. But for locals it is known for the charming countryside, rustic elements, rocky mountains, horseback riding, brick housings and now wine growers have began making wine! Guest access You will have access to your private villa on the second floor (no elevator). In the common areas, we offer a swimming pool, barbecue area, green spaces, and two designated smoking areas. The drive to downtown Pérula takes approximately 8 minutes. If you prefer to walk, you can reach Pérula on foot, although we recommend bringing a vehicle. Taxis are not readily available in the area. We have our own (free) parking right next to the building, just steps from your villa. The property is located before entering the town of Punta Pérula, between Punta Pérula and Villa Polinesia, in an area still under development. It is a peaceful and rustic setting. Other things to note ACCESS: Once you exit the federal highway 200, you will enter a rustic narrow dirt road, a bit steep. HOUSE RULES: POOL: The pool has a solar-powered heater. The pool is a common use area by all guests to refresh and relax. In respect to you and other guests in property, please follow the instructions: - operation Hours: 10am - 8pm - no running - no diving/splashing - no glass bottles or glasses in pool area - no smoking when other guests around - no loud music - no screaming HOUSEKEEPING: Cleaning services is offered as follows, depending on the length of stay: Stays 1 - 3 nights (no service) Stays 3 - 7 nights (once every 3 days) Stays 1 week or longer (once every week)* *For stays 1 week or longer, an extra set of sheets, towels, etc will be provided. KITCHEN ESSENTIALS: For kitchen, the essentials are provided; stove, fridge, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, cleaning cloths, coffee machine, toaster, blender, fridge (no oven). The following basics are provided: - Coffee and tea for approximately 3 days - salt and pepper shakers OTHERS: - No outside visitors, only authorized guests please - No shouting / No loud music - No smoking inside house/villas. Only on designated areas - No moving/relocating dishes or furniture from one unit to the other - Turn off A/C when not in room. We will enter to shut off if left on for long periods - No running inside/outside house - Dry clothes in clothes line, 2nd floor (only 1 adult may go upstairs, please use clothes line, do not place wet clothes on rails or furniture, it will be removed). - Rinse yourself after beach use outside in one of 2 outside showers and before showering or entering pool, sand clogs drain lines) PET POLICY: Pets are welcome, with prior notification. Please notify us before booking, as pet fees apply. One pet per room is allowed. We may be able to accept additional pets, but please notify us in advance, as we already have two pets on the property + additional guest pets. We ask that you be responsible for cleaning up after your pet and follow the pet policies sent to you upon approval of your pet. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the pool. Please rinse and dry your pet outside, not in your bathroom shower.
