Beautiful apartment above our detached garage. Meticulously designed, every detail was lovingly thought out. This spacious studio has a large, bright bathroom, combo washer/dryer, walk-in closet, queen-sized bed, full, well-stocked kitchen with and a cozy sitting area. It comes with everything you need for a luxurious stay in lovely downtown Apex. The quiet neighborhood is a wonderful place to walk, especially to lively Salem Street. We usually rent to travel nurses, so availability is limited. The space Guests can enjoy their own private entrance with key-pad and feel like they are away from all the stress of the world in this light-filled apartment. The kitchen is stocked with all the gear a cook needs. Plenty of towels and bright white sheets will make you feel like you are at a resort. The spacious bathroom has endless hot water from our tankless water heater. Laundry is a breeze with our combination washer/dryer! Guest access Guests have the whole apartment to themselves.
