Kitchen: The kitchen is well appointed with dishes, pots & pans, toaster, coffee maker, standard Keurig, silverware, plates, oven, stove, microwave & refrigerator. Coffee, Tea, Sugar, oil/vinegar, salt/pepper provided. Linens, towels, quilts, extra blankets, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, toiletries. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach toys, boogie boards & hard cooler! 4 chair dinette. Roku enabled TVs with cable in living room and master room, WIFI throughout. Central AC. Guest access Self check-in with door code access. Community Laundry room (coin operated) washer and dryers onsite. Please note!! There is only ONE assigned parking space available per unit at this complex, please travel in one vehicle. Private beach access in front of condo, as well as common area outdoor seating and grill. Hose on site to rinse off after beach-going. Other things to note Please note that the unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Dogs under 15 lbs. $127 non-refundable pet fee when you have a dog. No parties. No smoking. A cleaning fee of $500 be assessed in the event of any smoking and/or finding property in unsatisfactory condition.
