Quiet townhouse with garden close to Burgos

This spacious and cozy terraced house of 134m2 is located in the residential development of Los Tomillares in Castrillo del Val, province of Burgos. With lots of countryside around, but very close (about 12km approx.) to Burgos capital and with plenty of space to enjoy, you can come to this fantastic accommodation with all your family or friends! With capacity for up to 6 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. The space As you can see in the photos, our great chalet-roofhouse consists of the following spaces: - A living room area with sofas, TV and a dining table. - An equipped kitchen located in a separate room. The sleeping area is organized in 4 bedrooms distributed as follows: * A master bedroom with 1 double bed. * A bedroom with a single bed and equipped with a sofa. * A bedroom with a single bed and equipped with a desk. * A last bedroom with two single beds. It also has a bathroom and a toilet. Please note that all bedrooms are located on the upper floor and the property does NOT have an elevator. It is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property. Towels, bed linen and hand soap are included. The house is heated by a system of radiators. The house does not have air conditioning. Also, you will have access to a parking space in a private garage. There is NO elevator, the property is located on the first floor. We have WiFi! Other things to note If you're arriving later than 20:00, please read carefully the House Rules so we can make it work :) Travellers legal registration according to Decree 1513/1959, Decree 450/1975 & Real Decreto 933/2021.
