A traditional 4BHK house, set midst a 100-acre coffee estate being taken care of by the family for 4 generations, 6 kms from Bankal. The space The Homestay is an ideal, clean and comfortable base from which you can explore numerous places around. You can enjoy mesmerizing views from almost all corners of the house The property contains four rooms in total. Three large rooms with king-size beds with an attached trundle and a single room with two single beds. Each room has its own attached private bathroom. Activities: We know that vacation is the only time one gets to bond thus we have got an adrenaline run selection such as Dartboard, Basketball Hoop, Cricket, Soccer, Shooting, Snooker, Fishing, Trekking, and a wide array of fun board and card games. For avid readers, we also have a large library with books. Just pick a book and get reading, while sipping a cup of authentic Malnad coffee. Bonfire/Barbeque: We can organize a bonfire for our guests at night on request. We do have a BBQ guests can use at a certain cost. Coffee estate tour: Since our homestay is located on a 100-acre coffee estate, you can freely walk around and explore the estate, the manager can give you a guided tour of how the plants are grown and how the coffee is picked. If you visit during coffee picking time (Dec-Jan), you can help pick coffee straight off the plants in the plantation. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and the outdoor spaces. Other things to note -This home has been set up with a lot of love and care. We kindly request you to treat it the same. - Please switch off all appliances, taps, lights, etc. when not in use. - Do not smoke inside the house or make a loud noise post at 10 PM. - Outside guests aren't allowed without prior permission. - Please let us know your food and dietary preferences in advance so we can start making arrangements accordingly. -Guests are requested to submit soft copies of their ID proofs 2 days before arrival and show the hard copies of the ID proofs while checking in. - Abusive or threatening behavior towards staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Guests who exhibit such behavior will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. - Our Experience Engineer will be in constant interaction with you throughout your stay.
