Please note that the payment does not cover additional fees for entering the condominium, using tennis courts, or other services with a cost within the complex. A security guard will guide you to the duplex inside Lagos del Peñón. Ask for directions to the apartment. The duplex is located when you exit the elevator, on the left. It is number 303 and is identified by the electronic lock. Please let me know if you have any questions. The accommodation has a covered parking lot (number 303) in the building's semi-basement. Additional vehicles must be parked in common areas. You will have Wi-Fi and a 20-meter Ethernet cable if you need a wired connection. Access to the duplex is via a smart lock and the code will be provided prior to entry. In case of an emergency, there's a box with backup keys. The garbage room is located in tower three, in the basement. Deposit the trash there using the bags provided. To access TV services (Netflix, Amazon, Disney), use the username "Girardot". The PlayStation 3 is in the master bedroom, with preloaded games and 3 controllers. It should not be removed from that room. Be careful with the kitchen counter, as the white stone quickly absorbs liquids and colors. You can use all the elements of the duplex, taking care of their use. Be sure to turn off the items used when leaving. For safety reasons, do not allow children to be alone on the terraces. No parties or loud music are allowed. There's a portable sound bar on the first floor. Use the pool according to the schedules established by the administration. Take care of furniture and surfaces; if something is spilled, clean it up immediately and notify. Check-in and check-out are flexible, but depend on reservations.
