Enjoy your own pool, Mini fridge, microwave,. but no stove .6 Min drive to the beach .Room is small and cozy 11x11, has bunk beds for 4 people. and the backyard is true Paradise with a jacuzzi hot tub and pool, pool can be heated with request. im right by the beach & Las Olas blvd. all the bars and restaurants are close. walk to a lot of things also. you will love the island Vibe of my yard also. The space My cozy private studio is attached to the main house. close to everything, beach, downtown & Las olas. you can walk to a coffee shop and restaurant. And my home has a pool with slide and hot tub for you to relax in and ! Not just a studio. but you get a Beautiful ultra PRIVATE backyard all to yourself. so relax and grab some sun in my tropical outdoor oasis, it's truly a world of its own, . The studio is great for 2 people to sleep. The bed is a FULL size pillow top mattress.. tv has Roku with netflix and more , mini fridge, and micro, are included. there is also is a bbq grill. I am here to guide you and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Look no further, paradise is here. Please no children under 12. If you have special needs or requests, just ask. studio is 11x11 not including the private bathroom. I have 2 bikes you can use. I am always here to help with any questions you have. South Florida rains, alot, so understand that. thanks. if you want the pool heated I'm going to need 24-hour advance notice for it to heat up to a nice comfortable temperature just remember I cannot do it at the last minute. there will be an additional $20 per day to heat the pool for you so if that works just let me know.. but right now in the summer you really don't need to be heated because it's so warm anyway.. I encourage the guests when they arrive to do an inspection on everything and to make sure everything is okay if you're unsatisfied with anything tell me right away so we can correct it thank you. Also remember only guests that are listed on the reservation or for the party that you book.. also , if you lose a remote or the key or a USB charger or a cord or the Bluetooth speaker, there will be a $50 charge if it is not returned to the room when you check out. if you are especially sensitive to mosquitoes I would suggest bringing extra mosquito repellent for yourself, and we do get a lot of rain so please expect leaves on the ground. It is very tropical and has a lot of beautiful trees and there are lots of leaves around tropical plants. and don't be surprised if you see an iguana or birds and butterflies..and lizards. all native of Florida. this is a one-of-a-kind place I hope you enjoy it as much as I do..FYI I do have an outdoor cat he is a tuxedo black and white his name is Wilton he's very super friendly I hope you don't mind that he is walking around the property he always greets the guests and say hello just to let you know but he does not go inside the house or the room but thank you for being understanding . cover the hot tub when done PLEASE, DO NOT FORGET OR YOU WILL HAVE A COLD tub. and I'll charge a 50 reheat fee. because the next guest will not be happy. remember I'll heat the pool for an extra fee. tell me when you book it so I'll give it enough time to heat up even though it's summer time sometimes people like it a little extra warm at night.. I also offer a Bluetooth speaker for you to use. if you would like to have a party there is an extra fee for the event please tell me how many people and we can go from there.
