5 minutes walk studio at Ardic sea (Mordogan)

2014 renovated furnished upper floor with balconies at both sides. House is situated 5 minutes walk to Duma Beach and 10 minutes to "seal beach club, Alya beach and market. No noisy bars in the environment. Mordogan (Ardic) is Nice to relax, fish, snorkeling. Drive to trendy cesme and alacati (great to surf) in 30 minutes, Shop in Izmir city, Take the Ferry boat to friendly Eski Foca, Or ride to the upper point of the Island Karaburun. The space The studio is on the upper floor of the house. You can reach it via the living room of the house. You can reach the upper floor via the living room (ground floor) and first floor (it is in use by my father and his wife). The upper floor is for our guests. The upper floor is divided into three spaces; 1) living room with a sofa-couch and TV, annex kitchen (fridge, cooking and washing machine), 2- the bedroom (twin bed) and 3- the bathroom with toilet and shower. There is a balcony on both sides. Seats and a laundry drying rack are available./ Our home's studio is located on the second floor. Our house has a single entrance, you can reach upstairs from our corridor. (My father and my wife live in this house, our second floor is a studio and is separate). The upper floor is reserved for our guests. Our studio has 2 balconies, a bedroom (with a double bed), a kitchen (with a refrigerator, electric stove and washing machine), a bathroom, a toilet, a living room (the seats in the living room are sofa beds, which means you can easily put your children to sleep here). Our balcony has a terrace, which means you can have your breakfast and dinner here. Guest access The upper floor is for our guests/ Our house has 2 floors. We have reserved the upper floor for our guests. Other things to note If you need breakfast (€5 p.p.) or delicious cuisine, ask for it with your reservation. Dinner depends/your breakfast can be prepared upon request (5,- euro per day). Lunch or dinner can be prepared by reservation. (The price may vary depending on the meal request).
