The space ● This is a budget accommodation that used to be a student accommodation over ten years ago. ● The building has a mix of people, professionals, and students. ● Be sure to ask us what floor the studio is on if you wish. ● We try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, but please don't expect a Las Vegas Hotel type of experience, as we are not a hotel, and you are staying in someone's home. ● The building Lift/Elevator is permanently out of service, and the only access to the studio is by stairs, so make sure you are aware that you will need to carry your own bags upstairs, and there will be no assistance provided. ● Please note that we are not responsible for the cleanliness outside of the room. The cleanliness for the communal areas is depend on the building management company, and there’s nothing we can do, please understand 🙏 Guest access Self-check-in with the keypad. With straightforward check-in & check-out procedures, you don't need to worry about waiting or being late when arriving and leaving.
