Fitted out to a high standard it has all the comforts you need to ensure a perfect stay including free Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine and TV. 10 minutes from the motorway and the A370 this property is ideally located to explore the Victorian town of Weston-super-Mare and is only 25 mins from the historic city of Bristol. It is surrounded by countryside with many footpaths for novice and experienced walker. 2 dogs welcome no cats The space The barn is over two floors with the two bedrooms and bathroom downstairs and living room and kitchen upstairs. The property benefits from underfloor heating downstairs and each room is individually temperature controlled. Upstairs is radiators that can be adjusted to suit. The kitchen has an induction hob and oven and is fully equipped. The lounge is a lovely place to relax with a smart tv, dvd and plenty of DVD’s if you forget your own. There is also a small dining table for family and friends dinners. The lovely back yard has a table and chairs and is a excellent sun trap. There is a bench outside the front to sit and watch the world go by. There is a garage that has the washing machine and another toilet and this is connected to the property. It’s perfect for storing coats and shoes and drying off wet dogs. There is also a sink too. Lots of room to store bikes and other outdoor equipment The barn has been finished to a very high standard and offers a peaceful retreat away. It is close enough to Weston so you can enjoy all the benefits of country life whilst enjoy a bustling seaside town. Guest access The whole property and garage Other things to note If you like walking then this area is perfect as there are numerous footpaths that take you across fields and to the beach at Sandbay. Also many other paths around the village to explore. If you have dogs and fancy a quick walk then there’s dog walking fields 10 minutes walk away that offers a river to jump in but also gravel footpaths for the walkers. Weston woods also offers dedicated footpaths for all. If you like cycling then Weston woods also offer excellent mountain biking opportunities and there are cycle paths that can take you to the town centre and beyond! Weston woods also boasts an Iron Age fort. Kayaking is also possible from Congresbury (10 minute drive). If it’s fun you want for the kids (and yourselves) then the Grand Pier and Puxton Park and obviously the beach (and donkeys in high season) are perfect for this together with many other local attractions. The historic city of Bristol is also only a 30 minute drive although there is a bus and Train service that’ll get you there too. There is so much to do in this area the list is endless!
