Bedroom in our Top-Floor Apartment

Welcome to our home! We have been hosting for over 10 years and love meeting people from around the world. When you request to stay, please let us know about yourself and why you're visiting the area. Bus 66 is 4 minutes walk away and takes 10 minutes to Geneva Airport or Palexpo. Bus 60/61 is 6 minutes walk away and takes 15 minutes to the UN headquarters and 20 minutes to Geneva's central train station (Cornavin). The space This is the main guest room in our 4 bedroom appartment. The bedroom has a 160cm double bed with an attached private shower room. Your toilet is in a shared room with washing machine. Next door is an office with a sofa you can use. The apartment has four private parking spaces behind a gate, which are first come, first served, but one is usually available. There is plenty of parking outside the shops opposite our appartment - it says 'customers only' but no one has ever had a problem. Guest access You will have full access to our appartment including your own key for the front door. You can use the kitchen / dining area for cooking and eating. We are mostly vegetarian and our appartment is open-plan so we prefer if you don't cook meat or fried food. You will be the only Airbnb guest, but it's possible we will have other friends to stay - we'll let you know in advance if this is the case. During your stay We like to chat to our guests but we also dont mind if you keep yourself to yourself. Other things to note We usually get home from work around 17:00 but we can usually leave a key in a box if you need to check in earlier. We live near to Geneva Airport (super convenient!) so you can sometimes hear planes taking off from 6am - midnight. The apartment is new and well insulated so it's not very noticeable. One guest was cold in the apartment in winter. For environmental reasons, we use little heating and it is around 18-19 degrees. It's very warm in summer! We don't charge a cleaning fee, so we ask that you leave the room in the same condition you find it. We only accept bookings made by the guests themselves.
