Welcome to my sweet studio , clean, cozy and on a great location ( close to central bus and train station, about 2 km away from the city center ) peaceful neighborhood. Nearby there is supermarket Kam, Reptil , Bakery, Polyclinic , Vero centar mall ,American College, shopping center " Skopjanka ". It is located in one of the most urban neighborhoods in Skopje. You can reach every relevant spot in 10-20 minutes walking. I'm looking forward to being your host in our charming city of Skopje . The space It is a new studio in the new building. It is provided with everything you need for short and long stay. Perfect for 2 persons, peaceful neighborhood, near the center, central bus and train station, can use a bike.... 41 m2 on high ground floor in a building with elevator and with own parking. Clean, cozy and very quiet place. The flat is equipped with all the needs for a modern traveler. Down the street there is a cocktail bar ( Blok caffe ) with best prices in Skopje and a big Vero centar mall with a big supermarket inside , with a lot small restaurants with a different kind of food ( China, Italian, Macedonian with normal price) , small supermarket - Kam, several bakery's are close by the studio. The Old Bazar is 2.5km away. Also included in the apartment: - Necessities: Fresh and clean bed sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap and toilet paper - 50" LCD ( Netflix ), Max TV - Air Conditioning: Split system with cooling and heating option - Central Heating (when temperatures outside go below zero) - Equipment in the kitchen: fridge, sink, stove, toaster, electric water kettle, sugar, salt, spice selection, olive oil, instant coffee, tea selection). Strong wireless signal for fast optical internet connection . - a pocket router with a 5 GB internet card for use across the city - free Guest access With other parts of the city you have a good bus connection - bus number 3, 5, 15,23. At the 2 min there is a taxi station. Тhe bus ( from the airport to Skopje and in the opposite direction stops at the central bus station . From the central bus station all international buses are arrivals and departures, it is 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. The bus number 60 ( Kaneo Matka ) start from the central bus station. Number bus 25 ( Vodno ) start from the central bus station. Other things to note Guests staying longer than 7 days in the apartment, have a gratis changing bed linen and towels.
