The open-plan living and dining area features polished concrete floors and opens out to a balcony overlooking a shared grassy area. When you’re not at the beach or exploring the village, you can curl up with a book in the reading nook, let the kids play with toys, or relax on the couch. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook at home, and you’ll find pantry staples to get you started. There’s a bathroom with a shower, bath, and separate toilet — plus aromatic candles and bath salts for a relaxing soak. Our place is a lived-in family home, so it has a few scuffs and marks here and there — nothing fancy, just an easy, comfortable space where you can truly relax. Clean, tidy, full of charm, and perfectly located — no need to cross the main road to reach the beach, playground, or ocean pool. Guest access You can use the communal clotheslines and outdoor area in any part of the common area. Other things to note As we are on the main coastal road you will hear traffic noise so we have left earplugs for those who aren’t fans of road noise. Our neighbours in the block live here permanently, as do we when we aren't on holidays, we trust you will be respectful that the apartment block is a community of owner occupiers.
