An easygoing spot to unwind and enjoy Thirroul — a 3 minute walk to Anita’s Theatre, 200ms to the beach and ocean pool, cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. Wake up to views of the escarpment, grab a coffee nearby, and spend the day surfing, swimming or exploring the coastal tracks. Wind down with dinner or live music — all within walking distance. It’s an easy, comfortable space, great for a small family, two couples or a few friends looking for a relaxed getaway. The space Welcome to our comfortable, easygoing apartment by the beach. Our home has two bedrooms with lovely escarpment views — one with a queen bed, and the other with a bunk (double below, single above). The open-plan living and dining area features polished concrete floors and opens out to a balcony overlooking a shared grassy area and access to an outdoor shower. When you’re not at the beach or exploring the village, you can curl up with a book in the reading nook, let the kids play with toys, or relax on the couch. The kitchen has what you need to cook at home, and you’ll find pantry staples to get you started. The bathroom has a relaxed feel, finished with Spanish tiles and a handmade concrete vanity. You’ll find a shower, bath and separate toilet, plus candles and bath salts to unwind after a day at the beach. The balcony has a small barbeque if you want to eat in. The downstairs common area has an outdoor dining table suitable for four people. This is not a full time holiday rental. It is a lived-in home, so it has scuffs, stains and marks here and there — nothing fancy, just an easy, comfortable space where you can truly relax and not worry about breaking or marking anything. Our nightly prices are lower than other similar properties and reflect that this is a lived-in home, no a permanent holiday property. Clean, tidy, full of charm, and perfectly located — no need to cross the main road to reach the beach, playground, or ocean pool. Guest access You can use the outdoor shower, communal clotheslines and outdoor area in any part of the common area. To avoid your car being hit by a football or skateboard - avoid parking under the carport. You can leave bikes in the foyer as we do but we cannot guarantee they will be safe. Other things to note As we are on the main coastal road you will hear traffic noise, so we have left earplugs for those who aren’t fans of road noise. Our beautiful neighbours in the block live here permanently, as do we when we aren't away. You are most welcome to use the communal areas abd we trust tgat you will be respectful that the apartment block is a community of owner occupiers. We ask that you don't smoke on the property as there are families living here. We don’t expect you to vacuum, strip the beds or empty the dishwasher - that is what the cleaning fee is for.
