The Quiet Prestwick Beach House

This fabulous ground floor flat is right on the beachfront in the beautiful west of Scotland seaside town of Prestwick, about a mile from the airport . French doors open onto the private front garden which leads directly onto the seafront. Quiet, beautiful flat in a converted Victorian villa. All adjoining properties are child free , ensuring an exceptionally relaxing environment. The space The property is all on one level, and is accessed by a few small steps . There is a double bedroom with en suite shower facilities and a separate bedroom with beds that can be configured as twin beds or as a super king . There’s a second separate bathroom with shower and bath. The dining kitchen has double patio doors which open onto the private front garden which is right on the beach. It’s a very safe area with no road or cars to the front of the property. The lounge is bright and airy with a fantastic and ever changing view of the sea and the island of Arran. Guest access There is an allocated off street private parking space and additional free parking on the road to the rear of the flat. Other things to note The flat is one of three in a large converted Victorian villa. It’s vital that potential guests respect the peace and privacy of the other residents who live here all year round. Noise must be kept to a minimum . The flat is not suitable for parties or large gatherings and we don’t allow more than 4 guests to stay . In particular we ask that you don’t play music outdoors on the deck . Please don’t smoke anywhere in the flat or garden . For noise reasons we can’t normally accept children under the age of 12 and ask that older children are made aware of the need to be quiet and respectful of the neighbours. We do allow well behaved dogs under certain circumstances and by prior arrangement . We ask that they are kept in the kitchen and not allowed to bark and not left alone in the flat for long periods.
