Rental unit in Bonn

Our apartment is too big for us, so we offer part of the apartment for guests. We live on the first floor and the guest room is right opposite the front door. We have two bathrooms, so everyone has their own bathroom. We also have two balconies. My accommodation is not far from the city center and is in a very quiet area. Our bed can accommodate two people, but single guests are also very welcome. The space Guests have their own refrigerator in the hallway. There is also a kettle for tea. There are also dishes and cutlery for food you bring with you. We have a double bed in the guest room for 2 people, but you can of course come alone. The bathroom is 1-2 steps away from the hallway. Guest access The guest room with a double bed, the bathroom, the balcony and part of the hallway are available to our guests. Here you will also find the refrigerator for guests, plates and cups, as well as an iron and a hairdryer. The washing machine can be used on request. During your stay It is very helpful if guests let me know approximately when they will be arriving. Then I can say whether I am at home and can receive the guests personally. In this case, please just ring the doorbell. If I am not at home, the key box is available. I am usually available at any time if you have any questions. Other things to note There is a public charging station for electric vehicles in the immediate vicinity. Street name is "Am Jesuitenhof“. There are shops nearby, Edeka, very close, in Augustinum or Rewe on Römerstraße, a little further away, but cheaper and very long opening hours until midnight.
