Quiet double room

Room with two beds, has a built-in wardrobe, bedside tables and has access to a terrace with a long table and views of the park. There are two shared bathrooms, one with a bathtub next to the room and in front of another, and the smaller one, next to the kitchen, in case of need. There is a large living room and kitchen to which the guest has access. The area is quiet and central with excellent communication. The price is per room. I live in the house. The space It is a house with 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, of which 3 are rented, two of them can have two beds if the reservation is for two, both rooms are spacious, one of them has a large work table, and the other has a terrace that has a table to be able to work as well. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. The third bedroom has a double bed, a double bed, a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom. We have a spacious kitchen with a large dining table, and a space in the fridge for each guest. The living room is also very spacious with a dining table, a sofa to watch TV in front of the fireplace and another under the window to see the light and the sun that comes in at all hours since the window and almost the entire house is south-facing.
