Whether you bring cars or not there will still be a HOA charge per night Guest access The beach and the condo pool are just a few minutes walk from the unit. You can enjoy the beach until sunset and the condo pool until 9 PM. You may also select to use the bigger pool and kiddie pool of Canyon Cove Hotel but you must pay their day tour fee. Klook day tour pass would be highly recommended for this. Parking is available right in front of the building but is on a first come first serve basis. The town is a five (5) minute drive away and consists of groceries, drug stores, and restaurants for all your needs during your stay. Other things to note The province of Batangas has very unreliable power and water providers. There may be a chance, especially during peak months, that you will experience power or water interruptions. Please note that this is beyond our control and that we provide the necessary backups (generator and stock water supply), if needed.
