The spacious apartment is located in the rear lower part of the detached house. It is accessible via a narrow paved path (in progress but accessible) from the driveway. The apartment is bright and has a terrace in front of the apartment doors. The view is directed into the courtyard and the old apple orchard. Please take a close look at the pictures. The space The living and sleeping area is a large room equipped with a wardrobe, beds and seating/couch. Access to the terrace is at ground level. The entrance leads into the small hallway with a wardrobe from which you can go to the kitchen/dining room, the living/bedroom and the bathroom with shower and toilet. Everything is largely furnished with self-built furniture in the country house style. A highchair (Triptrap) is in the kitchen. Since we heat the whole house with wood, we ask you to let us know if the warm water is not hot enough. We'll add wood. Especially in winter, let us know if the radiators are not giving off enough heat. Thanks! Guest access Guest access from the main entrance via a narrow path leads to the terrace. A gravel path leads around the house in front of the apartment door. The apartment is connected to the basement rooms of the house. Access here is closed. Other things to note There are geese running freely on the premises. Don't be afraid, but rather bravely chase them away. There are also cats and a small dog. Animals are not allowed in the apartment.
