Cozy pet friendly 2 bedroom home centrally located! The space Cozy home recently renovated convenient to I-185 & Ft. Benning! Full kitchen with granite countertops. Kitchen includes supplies to make coffee. Appliances are stainless steel. Laundry room is located in the home and includes detergent. Flat screen Roku Smart TV and free internet. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the corona-virus, we have taken additional measures to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous: We ensure all surfaces, seats, handles, and doorknobs have been disinfected properly. Our goal is to ensure you and your family have a safe and enjoyable visit! Guest access During your stay, please make yourself at home. You'll have access to the entire home. You'll have no trouble getting around. This area is centrally located! You are no more than 20 minutes from popular shopping, night life, parks, museums and dining options. Other things to note Check-out time is 11 AM or earlier Please leave the house as you generally find it. If dishes were used, please wash them prior to leaving. Please remove all of your belongings and any food (opened or unopened). Leave any used towels in a pile on the floor and place any trash in the garbage can. To ensure your safety, we charge a COVID Airbnb enhanced cleaning fee of $75 per stay. This is an additional fee that is charged in addition to your standard rate. You will be charged additional fees, if the house is not found as you generally found it. 1. Stays longer than 7 days will require a refresh of linen, towels, and sundry items every 7 days for $50 for each time. The appropriate fees will be collected through the resolution center at conclusion of the stay. This is in addition to the final cleaning fee charged during the booking process. For example, an 18 day stay would receive two additional cleanings for $50 each for a total of an additional $100. 2. Birthday parties and events are strictly prohibited. Clean up after an unauthorized party will be subject to a $300 cleaning fee. If you choose to have a party without approval you will result in removal From the property without refund. No-one is allowed onto the property unless they are part of the contracted agreement. 3. This is a NON-SMOKING property, and will include additional cleaning charges of up to $400 to remove smoke damage and smell if violated. A smoking sensor is located in the home and will alert us when smoke is detected immediately. This rule is strictly enforced. We will assume you have smoked in the property, if the following is identified: - Cigarette butts inside the home and trash cans - Ashes inside the home - Any residue in relation to smoking/tobacco products - Smoke smell is detected - Sensor detects smoke Please discard any smoking products in the outdoor garbage can. 4. We do allow pets, but do require that you clean up after them in the home and OUTSIDE the home. Failure to do so will result in up to $250 cleaning fee in addition to damages caused from pet. There is a fee of $25 per pet weighing 20lbs or less. Pets weighing over 20lbs will be charged $50 each. 5. Only the number of guest listed on the reservation is allowed on the property. We will charge $25 per unauthorized guest. Restricted Pets: No aggressive or misbehaved dogs All service dogs are allowed of any breed.
