A nice cozy place for a family of 5 or less. Located in Afariwa Royal Homes gated community with a control entry that beef up security for inhabitants. The facility is walled with an electric fence alarm system, a water reservoir and fully furnished kitchen, including a washing machine. Premium Satellite TV and fiber Internet is available for subscription. The space Facility is made up of a one Master bedroom with a queen size bed and two guest bedrooms with double be. Each is self contained with its own washrooms. Guest access Guest are allowed to access Kitchen, Hall and surroundings of the house. Depending on number of guests, bedrooms will be open for access. Other things to note Complementary Internet and Electricity will be provided for first few days. Guest will be required to purchase additional when it gets exhausted. If well manged $100.00 could cover for a month of usage.
