Description
Peaceful home base for visits to the Capitol or holiday adventures The space This freestanding house was our primary residence for about 12 years. At 732 square feet, it's a little too big to be a true Tiny House, so we like to think of it as a Giant Tiny House! We've moved a block down the street, and now love to invite visitors to enjoy this space with exactly what you need, and nothing you don't. One bedroom has a queen sized bed. The other has a twin bed as well as a desk and office chair. That's also where the router is where you can connect via ethernet if you want a wired connection to the internet for those critical Zoom meetings. (And of course, there's wifi accessible throughout the house. The living room has a comfortable leather couch and a recliner, for enjoying a relaxing evening kept warm by the woodstove. (The space is not recommended for young children, because of the woodstove concern.) The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need for cooking, and the kitchen table has an extra leaf that makes it the perfect size for 4. The restroom is spacious, with plenty of storage for your toiletries. This is also where the full-size washer and dryer can be found. The back yard has two sections, one fully fenced area is accessible via the back door (in the 2nd bedroom/office). Access from the front door will take you down the side yard to the garden (which doesn't look like much in the winter!). (Note for pet owners: the back yard is fenced, but it’s not escape proof. You should have your dog in sight whenever they are out there. Feel free to shoot me a message if you want to check if the yard will work for your needs.) Other things to note We live a block away - the perfect distance so we aren't in your space, but we're easily available for anything you need.
