The Retreat at 7500' - 3 Bedroom Mountain Home

Welcome to The Retreat at 7500'. You will love this newly renovated 1600 sq. ft. cabin home with new appliances, fresh furnishings, and Southwest décor. This welcome retreat sleeps 8. With an amazing view of the Sierra Blanca Mountains from the back deck, you will love sitting in the cool air and enjoying the quiet serenity of the mountains. Just 10 minutes from downtown Ruidoso, you will have the best of both worlds; close to the downtown activity, but far enough away to enjoy majestic views. The space The 3-bedroom house sits on 4 acres with neighbors to the northwest and west. The master has a California King and the two guest rooms have queens. The living room, master, and one spare room have TVs with Dish access. • There is a maximum of 8 guests allowed in the home (children older than 7 are considered adults). You will be charged for any guests above 8 that are not on the original reservation that are found to be in the home. • No parties, no events. • No smoking, no vaping. Smoking outside is discouraged due to high fire danger. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if it is determined you smoked in the home. • No pets. We prefer no animals to be able to accommodate guests with pet allergies. A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged if you are found to have pets in the home. • Kitchen: fully equipped with: coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and dishes. • TVs have Dish available. • Overhead Fans in all three bedrooms and living room. • Indoor and Outdoor Games available • Grill and back deck dining available. • Hammocks: GREAT for naps during the day or star gazing and satellite gazing at night! • Water is well water and is completely safe to drink. It is highly mineralized; if you prefer bottled water, please feel free to bring water if you prefer. • Fully functional fireplace. • You may see a range of our local wildlife during your stay (turkeys, wild horses, deer, bears, and elk). Please enjoy them from a distance but do NOT feed them. • Security Cameras: there are cameras at the front door and on the back deck for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the house. Guest access There is plenty of space to park, with a 4 car limit per reservation. Please stay on the gravel drive and do not drive/park on the grass areas. Other things to note This is a non-smoking, no pet home as we try to accommodate guests with pet allergies. It's fine for small children but there are Southwest décor items throughout the home that little hands might easily break.
