Only a short 6-10 minute drive to any of Abilene’s Universities. Take a short cut walk through the neighborhood which leads to the park and small lake where you can go for a walk/run, kids can play at the playgrounds, enjoy the splash pad, fish or feed the ducks. This 3 bedroom 2-bathroom home offers 6 total comfortable beds and an option to rent a twin foam mattress for an additional $25. The home has a large covered patio and a large backyard perfect for kids to run around and play. There is a large trampoline for kids to enjoy. ** Disclosure** Please follow the trampoline safety rules and jump at your own risk. Homeowners are not responsible for any injuries. Guest access Access to entire home. Please note there is NO ACCESS TO THE GARAGE. Our garage is used as storage for both our Airbnb’s and is NOT AVAILABLE for Guest Use. Other things to note The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a total of 6 comfortable beds 3 queen, 2 twin & 1 full. Plus we have a twin-sized foam mattress that can be rented for $25 for the duration of your stay if needed to place it on the floor. We do not count couches as a bed in our listing like some other listings, but they may be slept on. The home can comfortably accommodate a total of 10 adult guests in beds. We also have a baby play pen for infants or small toddlers and have purchased a foam mattress for your baby’s comfort. If you need the baby's playpen please request this at the time of booking so we know to have it set up for you before your arrival.
