This Cozy and Clean Country Cottage offers a perfect location to take in all the sites that Texas has to offer. It is set on a quiet, beautiful property that you will fall in love with. Enjoy free WIFI, free DirectTV. The space The Cottage is located just a few feet away from the main house. The Cottage is 1100sq, fully furnished with central heat/air, all electric, no gas. There is a 55-inch HD Television with Direct TV for your enjoyment. Free WIFI service. The main living area offers windowed wall with country views for your viewing pleasure. Our Cottage is business ready. The first bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The bedding is high quality Egyptian Cotton linens. Each of the bedrooms have ceiling fans for your comfort with dressers, nightstands. Our cottage has a clean, beautiful bathroom with full shower and fresh towels. We are sorry to say that we do not offer a cleaning service during your stay. Please feel free to use the washer and dryer in the home. Please keep in mind that we will not enter the home till all parties have checked out. It is important to us that your privacy is respected. Guest access The Cottage is well lit. Joyce and I will gain you access to the home once your reservation has been made. Other things to note When leaving, please leave beds that have been used, unmade so it is easy to see what needs to go into the laundry.
