Appointed with everything you’ll need for your stay, including extra style, a huge patio and forever views. Perfect for the single traveler, road warrior or couples (with or without little ones) it’s hard to find a better value. The space This is one of only two units on the top floor of this unique development. Stairs from the entrance, which is big enough to store bikes or a stroller, lead to the main space which is bathed in natural light thanks to north- and south-facing windows. There's plenty of brick walls to give it rustic charm and a walk in shower with heated floors for a touch of luxury. It has a complete kitchen with a large island shared with the living space. The bedroom has real windows, and is also private and complete with closet space and laundry. A large patio with entrance off the main space is perfect for enjoying summer days and nights or quick winter escapes. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire 700sqft condo which has an internal staircase leading to the main space. I will need to buzz you into the building on first arrival and you will have a fob for building access during your stay. The patio in the photos is for your exclusive use and attached to the condo, rare for this area. Please see Getting Around for parking info. Unfortunately I don’t have a dedicated spot but I’m working on it. Other things to note I will no longer be accepting last-minute reservations from locals. Apologies to the good ones, I know you’re out there but I’ve had too many issues my place being abused and it’s no longer worth the risk. With exception: if you can prove you are who you say you are, have a job and are a responsible person, I may be willing to make an exception. But if anything feels remotely weird I won’t accept.
