Welcome to County Line Cabin! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is located just 2 miles from Seven Springs Mountain Resort. With an abundance of outdoor activities like golfing, skiing & snowboarding, swimming, hiking, and biking (just to name a few); plus festivals, state parks, sightseeing, spas, & restaurants and bars, there is entertainment for everyone in the Laurel Highlands. The space Upon entering County Line Cabin, you'll be greeted with an open concept floor plan, a large floor to ceiling stone encased gas fireplace, and the beauty of the carefully preserved logs that made up the original log home. The living room has a large smart TV for guests to stream their favorite shows. Just off the living area, the kitchen is well equipped with all of the necessities that guests may need during their stay, and the modern luxuries of new stainless steel appliances. The dining area offers comfortable seating for 6-8 people. A half bathroom is nearby on the main floor. The primary bedroom is located just down the hallway and features a queen size bed, spacious closet, dresser, and private attached full bathroom. The bathroom has been remodeled and has a walk-in tile shower. The spacious laundry room is located across the hallway from the primary bedroom and is equipped with brand new laundry appliances. The second and third bedrooms are located on the second floor of the house. The second bedroom offers sleeping accommodates for two people with it's queen size bed. The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds that make up a total of 4 twin size beds. Both bedrooms have smart TV's. A full bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms. It has been completely remodeled and features a walk-in tile shower. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Snow Removal: In the event of snow, the driveway will be plowed after accumulation of 3" of snow. Ice will be handled at the discretion of the owner and management company. Guests do not have access to any of the outdoor swimming pools at the resort or resort communities. Shuttle service is not provided to/from this house.
