Welcome to Casa Verde Mar. A cozy and charming beach house located 100 meters from the beach and downtown Paripueira. Casa Verde Mar is managed by its owners, so you're always guaranteed a clean and well-organized stay. It has two bedrooms, one of which is a suite; each bedroom has a double bed and a bunk bed. It also has three bathrooms, a swimming pool and barbecue area, a kitchen, a TV room, and a garage for one car. We charge R$1.40 per kilowatt-hour (KW) spent during your stay. The space Our space is cozy and quiet, with an excellent location, 100 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the Center of Paripueira Maceió, close to the best bakeries, markets, shops and emergency services! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note Electricity will be charged separately at the end of the stay, being R$ 1.20 reais per kilowatt spent. The meter will be checked at the entrance and exit.
