Welcome to our 3-room loft apartment Rubihorn, completed in February 21, in the small Allgäu village of Obermaiselstein. The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires and has 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom with rain shower and free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet. Enjoy this special and quiet ambience and relax with a bath in the pool or your private sauna in one of our large bedrooms. The space In each bedroom, we invite you to spend the night on a 1.80 m wide box spring bed, in the bedrooms there is also a TV, desk as well as a wardrobe with tressor and electric blinds. As a new highlight, we have provided an infrared sauna in one of the two bedrooms. In one of the large bedrooms, there is a xxl leather sofa which can be converted into a sofa bed with a topper and thus creates space for a 5th person to sleep. So that you can pamper yourself with culinary delights, we offer you a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher up to the fridge with ice cube maker and a fully automatic coffee machine. The light-filled living room is rounded off from the front balcony from where you can enjoy a view of the park-like garden and the Allgäu Alps. In the bathroom there is a floor-to-ceiling rain shower as well as a double sink with ambient lighting including a hairdryer. The whole property is rounded off with a year-round indoor pool, which you can use at any time (due to revision work, the pool is closed from about mid-November to about mid-December) In front of the house you have free parking spaces available subject to availability or they can book an underground parking space for an extra charge of 10 euros per day from which they can get dry foot into the apartment, and also store your bicycles or other sports equipment.
