Welcome to Casa Nova, a place for dreamers to reset, reflect and create. This unique home was designed with a slow pace in mind sitting beneath the vast West Texas sky surrounded by tall trees and pines. 3 bedroom 2 bath 1800sqft home with king sized beds in all bedrooms and a twin daybed and futon in an open area adjacent to the dining room without doors. Full kitchen, washer and dryer and 4 person hot tub with very comfortable out door living space. City of Marfa ID #S51 The space There are no cleaning fees! Although we are in the desert I try to keep the landscape green and as lush as possible. The home features a King bed in the "Prada" room and the "Marfa Lights" room at the end of the hallway has a King bed. The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed with a private bathroom with a barndoor and a TV with streaming services. In the open parlor area, you will find a twin day bed and a futon. The home is private but still close to everything this quirky magical town has to offer. You will get the best of both worlds here, the quiet desert experience as well as the proximity to all the things going on in Marfa at any given time. The house is centrally heated and cooled for your convenience. Sometimes the nights in Marfa are chilly so if you're feeling up to star gazing the back patio has a standing heat lamp located in the shed in the backyard to make it a little cozier on the cool Marfa nights. There is a NEW 4-PERSON HOT TUB. There is one bike available to guests. I hope you consider this home for your stay in Marfa!! Pets are not allowed on any furniture or in the bedrooms. Clean up after your pets and place any waste in the dumpsters. There is a large covered patio and a fenced backyard for your pets to enjoy. No pets are allowed in the hot tub. ***Max of two pets allowed (dogs only) There is a pet fee of $100 per stay. The garage will be closed off. The day bed and futon in the parlor area is the 4th and 5th beds listed. There are only 3 bedrooms so the 4th and 5th beds listed are located in a space without a door or privacy. The 4th bed is a typical twin bed size mattress and the 5th bed is a fold-down futon. There are two security cameras located outside. One on the front porch and one on the back porch.
