The houseboat is in excellent condition: fully equipped with insulating glazing, wall insulation and roof insulation. On the basement are the bedrooms, a separate toilet and the bathrooms. The stairs on the outside lead to the ground floor. This is the living area with the luxurious open kitchen, a separate toilet and the living room with the terrace. Special features: - the houseboat has 2 wide hardwood stairs, which take you to the living area of the houseboat. To get to the houseboat, you need to walk a bit on a footpath.
